Sonja Northcutt
Owner
After studying at Regency Beauty Institute, training in Aveda and building a very extensive clientele over many years, Sonja opened Halo Salon in 2015.
Since the beginning of her career in the beauty industry, she has been certified and highly trained in many advanced cutting and color techniques such as balayage, color correction, blondes & ombré. She is trained and certified in all types of hair extensions and they are a large part of her business. She educates the client in proper care of their extensions, as they can last up to a year with maintenance!
She has worked with several Kansas City area photographers for hair and makeup in photo shoots and fashion shows, attended classes under Nick Arrojo and Tabatha Coffey in Chicago, IL at America's Beauty Show, continued many hours of education in advanced cutting techniques and master color, special occasion styling and product knowledge classes with Aveda, Matrix, Davines and Eufora International.

Heather Kaeser
Owner
Heather is an owner of Halo Salon and helped open in 2015 after managing a salon and booth renting for 3 years. She has a huge passion for the beauty industry and strongly believes in continuing education and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
After graduating beauty school in 2009 she specializes in custom colors, advanced cutting, blondes, vivid colors and balayage.
Hands-on experience and continued education allows her to think outside of the box and give custom styles for all. Providing healthy hair techniques which preserve the integrity of the hair is her priority.
She has had many hours of advanced color and cutting classes along with special occasion styles and product knowledge.

Lexi Blevins
Owner of Deviant Lashes
Lexi completed cosmetology school in 2020 after deciding to leave the medical field. She owns and runs Deviant Lashes located in Halo.
When not at the salon doing lash extensions, Lexi enjoys traveling, camping, and cuddling with her husband and 2 pups.

Alicia Fetters

Alicia graduated hair school in 2007 and has been doing hair ever since! Specializing in blondes, balayage, waxing and advanced cutting for woman and men. She has continued her education in color classes, Siggers Balayage course, mens cutting and advanced cutting. She is also certified in Bellami hair extensions.

Avrie graduated from cosmetology school in 2020. In that time, she has used her education and love for low-maintenance hair to master her craft of Lived-In Blondes and Lived-In Color as well as Long-Layered Haircuts.
Her passion for low-maintenance color has shaped her speciality and the style of hair she enjoys most. She is always accepting new clients and looking to build relationships.
